The rain turns into snow

And cold winds start to blow

Instead of wearing sandals

You start to light up candles

The trees that used to host the birds that did tweet

Are now left freezing and lonely as they retreat

The grass that always used to be green

Now starts to shiver under the snowy white sheen

The house that used to give shade from the sun

Now shields people from the cold winds blowing on them!
